良性前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性人群中的良性前列腺肿大。前列腺位于膀胱下方,尿路在其中穿过,故肿大的前列腺可能侵犯尿路。患者的临床表现主要是排尿困难。作者综述了α-肾上腺素能阻滞剂治疗BPH的理论根据和临床实践。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is an enlargement of benign prostatic hyperplasia in an elderly male population. Prostate is located under the bladder, the urinary tract through which, so swelling of the prostate may violate the urinary tract. The clinical manifestations of patients are mainly dysuria. The authors review the theoretical basis and clinical practice of α-adrenergic blockers in the treatment of BPH.
