本文研究了10％扑热息痛注射液(100mg/kg剂量)的生物利用度及药物动力学,并与口服片剂(200mg/kg剂量)作了比较。结果表明:注射液的吸收快,峰时提前2小时以上;每公斤100mg剂量注射液比每公斤200mg剂量口服片剂的血峰浓度及曲线下面积均大。说明注射剂的生物利用度比口服片剂为高。临床验证表明:注射液用药15分钟显效,在2小时内平均退热达2℃。
In this paper, the bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of 10% paracetamol injection (100 mg / kg dose) were studied and compared with oral tablets (200 mg / kg dose). The results showed that the injection absorbed faster and peaked more than 2 hours. The peak concentration of blood and the area under the curve of 100 mg / kg injection were higher than those of 200 mg / kg. This shows that the bioavailability of injectables is higher than that of oral tablets. Clinical tests show that: injection of 15 minutes markedly effective, in 2 hours the average anti-fever up to 2 ℃.
