相关背景资料:国家网络技术水平考试(The National Certification of Network Engineer-简称NCNE)是国家信息化工程师认证考试(The National Certification of Informatization Engineer-简称NCIE)体系中推出的第一个专业认证考试。国家信息化工程师考试是信息产业部直接实施的国家级IT专业认证,其体系由网络、数据库、信息资源管理、信息安全、电子商务等一系列认证考试构成,NCIE认证体系力求无厂商倾向、技术知识先进、面向职业市场、通用知识和动手操作能力并重。国家网络技术水平考试是国家信息化工程师认证考试的首期项目,共分5个等级,分知识水平考试和动手操作考试两部分。
