目的了解商水县艾滋病流行状况,为制定艾滋病防治工作规划提供科学依据。方法对2006-2008年商水县艾滋病感染者的流行病学、监测资料进行调查分析。结果2006-2008年商水县艾滋病报告病例稳中有降;近2年内新发病例死亡率偏高;性传播呈明显上升趋势。结论商水县艾滋病报告发病虽呈现下降趋势,但仍须增强行为干预力度,加强对单阳配偶的监测,加大艾滋病宣传教育,防止艾滋病从高危人群向一般人群扩散。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of AIDS in Shangshui County and provide a scientific basis for formulating AIDS prevention and control work plan. Methods The epidemiological and monitoring data of AIDS-infected persons in Shangshui County from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed. Results The reported cases of AIDS in Shangshui County dropped steadily from 2006 to 2008; the mortality rate of newly diagnosed cases was high in recent two years; and the sexual transmission showed a clear upward trend. Conclusion Although the incidence of AIDS in Shangshui County shows a downward trend, it is still necessary to strengthen behavioral interventions, strengthen the monitoring of single male spouses, increase AIDS awareness and education and prevent the spread of AIDS from the high-risk groups to the general population.
