目的分析国家科技重大专项广西某示范县HIV/AID在小尺度时空分布的聚集性,寻找空间热点区域,评价该县HIV/AIDS的时空流行特点。方法运用Arc GIS10.2软件,对1998—2014年某示范县各行政村报告的HIV/AIDS进行全域和局域空间自相关分析,计算其空间分布的全域和局域自相关系数,以判断某示范县HIV/AIDS的时空分布聚集性情况并寻找空间热点区域。结果 1998—2014年该示范县报告HIV/AIDS呈逐年上升趋势;该示范县各年HIV/AIDS在行政村水平上的时空分布呈显著聚集性,2007年后空间聚集性有稍许减弱;HIV/AIDS分布的热点区域相对集中在县城区域及该县北部某乡镇。结论该示范县报告HIV/AIDS的空间分布存在热点区域。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the spatial and temporal distribution of HIV / AID in small-scale spheres of a major national science and technology project in Guangxi in order to find the spatial hot spots and to evaluate the epidemiological characteristics of HIV / AIDS epidemic in this county. Methods Arc GIS10.2 software was used to conduct global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis of HIV / AIDS reported by administrative villages in a certain model county from 1998 to 2014. The global and local autocorrelation coefficients of spatial distribution were calculated to judge whether a certain Demonstration of HIV / AIDS spatial and temporal distribution of aggregation and find space hot spots. Results HIV / AIDS showed a yearly increasing trend from 1998 to 2014 in this model county. The spatial and temporal distribution of HIV / AIDS in administrative villages was significantly aggregated in each year in this model county, with a slight decrease in the spatial aggregation after 2007. HIV / The hot spots of AIDS distribution are relatively concentrated in the county area and a township in the northern part of the county. Conclusion This model county reported that hot spots exist in the spatial distribution of HIV / AIDS.
