一、引言高考扩招之后,生源质量也随之下降,怎样把学生培养为对社会有用的人才,是高校一直最求的目标,为此很多本科和高职院校都尝试了导师制。导师制是指导师结合所带学生的思想品德、专业学习、综合素质和个性发展等方面进行个别指导的人才培养制度。推行导师制,旨在因材施教,帮助学生根据自己所学专业,制定适合其个人发展的学习和职业规划,贯彻“全员育人、全过程育人,全方位育人”的现代教育,实现“让每一个学生成为幸福的现代职业人”。2013
