湖北东方化学工业公司耐酸泵厂(国营五二五厂)是制造耐腐蚀磨蚀泵的专业厂。为化工部化工工程建设标准产品选用定点厂。成功引进具有国际先进水平的法国J·S/H·S公司的磷酸泵制造专有技术。引进的LC泵系列及其专用材料均能满足年产量3万吨。6万吨、12万吨、15万吨、24万吨规模的磷复肥装置用泵需要。 我厂在国内率先研制成功耐浓硝酸性能极好的C4钢铸件材料,提供了理想的硝酸用泵。新开发的高耐磨(DF2材料)泥浆泵属国内首创,具有国际先进水平,被誉为氧化铝专用泵型。
Hubei Dongfang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. acid-resistant pump factory (state-owned 525 factory) is a professional manufacturer of corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant pumps. For the Ministry of Chemical Industry chemical engineering construction standard products selected fixed-point factory. Successfully introduced the proprietary technology of phosphoric acid pump manufacturing of the French J·S/H·S company with international advanced level. The imported LC pump series and its special materials can meet the annual output of 30,000 tons. 60,000 tons, 120,000 tons, 150,000 tons, and 240,000 tons of phosphate-compound fertilizer plant pump needs. Our factory has successfully developed C4 steel castings with excellent nitric acid resistance in the country and provided the ideal nitric acid pump. The newly developed high wear-resistant (DF2 material) mud pump is the first in China and has advanced international standards. It is known as a special alumina pump.
