民族产业是一个沉重的话题。几乎所有的人都说,21世纪是信息时代,计算机工业是朝阳产业,发展民族品牌、培育大型集团是我们参与国际竞争的前提和保障。然而,日本依靠贸易立国,印度以软件为纲,甚至我国台湾也能凭OEM起家,我们的优势在哪里?翻开民族计算机工业发展史,有的起来了,有的倒下了,有的正在跃跃欲试,这其中不乏有益的启示。 我们曾经尝试过技术路线,我们有过第一批自有品牌计算机,长城、东海和紫金是其中的典型,但是这些计算机现在大都销声匿迹。 我们曾经尝试过经营路线,我们有过第一批大型计算机企业集团,京海、科海、四通和信通是其中的典型,但是这些企业的主营业务现在大都不在计算机。
National industry is a heavy topic. Almost all people said that the 21st century is the information age, the computer industry is a sunrise industry, the development of national brands, nurturing large groups is our premise and guarantee for participation in international competition. However, Japan relies on trade to establish its own country, and India takes software as the key link. Even Taiwan in China can start with OEMs. Where are our strengths? To open up the history of the development of the national computer industry, some have risen, some have collapsed, and some are now Eager, there is no lack of useful inspiration. We have tried the technology route, we have the first batch of own-brand computers, the Great Wall, the East China Sea and Zijin are typical, but most of these computers now disappear. We have tried the business route, we have had the first batch of large computer enterprise groups, Jinghai, Kehai, Stone and ICT is one of the typical, but most of these companies are now the main business computer.
