本文报告了1例红细胞嘧啶5′-核苷酸酶(P5N)缺乏病人脾脏红髓中红细胞破坏过程的电镜观察结果。患者24岁,男。有长期溶血性贫血史。入院时有黄疸,肝脾肿大,红细胞331万,血红蛋白10.2g,网织细胞计数6.4%,白细胞4,200,血液涂片见红细胞有嗜碱性点彩,并偶见棘状细胞。Coombs试验阴性。用~(51)Cr标记患者红细胞,半衰期为15天。虽无血红蛋
This article reports the electron microscopic observation of the destruction of erythrocytes in spleen red blood cells of a patient with red cell cytosine 5’-nucleotidase (P5N) deficiency. The patient is 24 years old, male. Has a long history of hemolytic anemia. Admission jaundice, hepatosplenomegaly, red blood cells 3.31 million, hemoglobin 10.2g, reticulocyte count 6.4%, 4,200 leukocytes, blood smear see erythrocytes basophilic stippling, and occasionally spine cells.
