用放射免疫法测定不同类型血液病患者77例及正常人45例血清β_2—微球蛋白(β_2—MG),结果表明,急、慢性白血病,恶性淋巴瘤患者β_2—MG值明显高于正常人(P<0.01),病情好转,其值下降,至完全缓解可降至正常水平;多发性骨髓瘤患者β_2—MG值高于正常(0.05>P>0.01);慢性再生障碍性贫血患者夕β_2—MG低于正常(P<0.01),随着病程延长其值有下降趋势,骨髓增生异常综合征、原发性血小板减少性紫癜、缺铁性贫血患者β_2—MG值在正常范围内。
Β2-MG was measured by radioimmunoassay in 77 patients with different types of hematological diseases and 45 normal subjects. The results showed that β_2-MG in patients with acute, chronic leukemia and malignant lymphoma was significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.01), the condition improved, its value decreased to complete remission can be reduced to normal levels; multiple myeloma patients with β_2-MG was higher than normal (0.05> P> 0.01); patients with chronic aplastic anemia β_2 -MG was lower than normal (P <0.01), and its value decreased with the course of disease. The β_2-MG value of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, and iron deficiency anemia was within the normal range.
