1978年《公路柔性路面设计规范》(内部试行)颁发实行后,一些单位和个人对自然区划中蒸发力的计算问题,曾来函询问,去年10月交通部又将《公路自然区划标准》批准为部标发布,并于今年1月1日实行。因此,要求了解或掌握蒸发力、潮湿系数计算的单位或个人也就多起来了。笔者尽量回忆当时参加试算工作的点滴,并把它奉献给诸位同行者,望能起到抛砖引玉或由此而得到点滴启示的作用。
After the promulgation of the “Design Code for Highway Flexible Pavement” (Internal Trial Implementation) in 1978, some units and individuals asked about the calculation of evaporative force in the natural zoning. In October last year, the Ministry of Communications again approved the “Natural Highway Planning Standard” as Ministry standard released, and implemented on January 1 this year. Therefore, the requirement to understand or grasp the evaporation force, humid coefficient calculation unit or individual will also be more up. I try to recall the trial work that was bit by bit at that time, and dedicate it to fellow travelers, hoping to play a pioneering role or get some inspiration.
