光学信息存贮和运算具有高速、有效的二维平行处理能力。本文讨论了PROM(Pockels Read—Out Optical Modulator)的动作机制。并给出可反复循环擦写的电光晶体介面器件Bit_(12)SiO_(20)的特性参数。对作为二维光学/数字计算机基本元件的介面器件,实现二维与非(NAND),或非(NOR),或(OR)及同逻辑(NXOR)四种运算的物理过程及理论作了详细推演,并给实验结果。
Optical information storage and computing with high-speed, effective two-dimensional parallel processing capabilities. This article discusses the action mechanism of the Pockels Read-Out Optical Modulator. The characteristic parameters of the Bit_ (12) SiO_ (20) electro-optic crystal interface device which can be repeatedly erased and written are given. The details of the physical processes and theories that enable two types of interface devices, the basic components of two-dimensional optical / digital computers, to perform two operations, namely, NAND, NOR, OROR and NXOR Deduce, and give experimental results.
