研究了杜仲叶中氯原酸的提取分离条件。结果表明:以水为溶剂,将杜仲叶粉末于40℃下以1:6的料液比浸提4次,每次30min,氯原酸的浸出率为(94.11±0.53)%(n=3)。水提液经浓缩及分离纯化得氯原酸提取物,得率为(4.11±0.11)%(n=3),纯度为(23.73±0.55)%。
The extraction and separation conditions of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides leaves were studied. The results showed that the leaching rate of chlorogenic acid was (94.11±0.53)% when water was used as the solvent to purify Eucommia ulmoides leaves powder at a ratio of 1:6 at 40°C for 4 times. (n=3). The aqueous extract was concentrated and separated to give a chlorogenic acid extract with a yield of (4.11±0.11)% (n=3) and a purity of (23.73±0.55)%.
