我们用高位阻的二环己洗胺锂盐(LIDCA)处理ArCH_2Cl,有效地发生α消除反应而生成芳基卡宾,芳基卡宾与链烯的加成反应导致芳基环丙烷衍生物。对 Zimmerman的五步合成法作了改进。而扩展这个方法的应用范围和寻求光化学贮能化合物。合成了四个高张力的脂环化合物。
We treated ArCH 2 Cl with a highly hindered lithium dicyclohexylamine salt (LIDCA), effectively producing an α-carbene by an α-elimination reaction, and the addition reaction of an aryl carbene with an alkene leads to an arylcyclopropane derivative. Zimmerman’s five-step synthesis has been improved. And expand the application of this method and seek photochemical energy storage compounds. Four high-tension alicyclic compounds were synthesized.
