《广西壮族自治区实施<中华人民共和国道路交通管理条例>办法》,已经一九九一年二月二十二日自治区人民政府第一次常务会议通过,现予发布施行。

The Measures for the Implementation of Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Management in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was passed at the first executive meeting of the people’s government of the autonomous region on February 22, 1991 and is hereby promulgated and implemented.
