日本专利报道,焊接用钢丝(?)拉丝工艺过程中,通常是要经过退火,酸洗等处理后,再通过拉模润滑剂进行拉拔。一般常用石灰作为钢丝润滑剂,因石灰价格便宜,粘着力强,并在钢丝表面附着均匀,成为保护膜,而有防锈能力。但由于焊丝拉拔时附着残存石灰,在焊接时经常发生飞溅,因此必须除去,现在只能进行酸洗、机械抛光等价格高的方法。该发明人员用只含少量石灰、以硬脂酸钠等为主要成份的润滑剂进行拉拔,即使有一点石灰残留在钢丝上,对焊接也无影
