心率是用来描述心脏运动周期的专业术语,能够用来评价一个人的身体状况,因其测量方便、快捷,所以在工作中经常用来进行能量消耗以及劳动强度的分析与评估。因此心率测量以及有关能量的估算,更适于在手工作业相对集中的沙发加工过程中进行体力劳动强度等级的相关研究。近年来心率的测量逐渐专业化,心率与能量之间的换算得到了优化,对于基于心率值的劳动强度等级划分也得到了相关的调整。
