上海市科学技术委员会于4月22日召开了上海市第二次实验动物工作会议。出席会议的有本市有关委、办、局及高校、科研、制药、卫生等单位分管实验动物工作的负责人和部分实验动物专业工作者共150余人。会议由市科委业务三处负责人崔君定主持。市科委条件财务处处长徐仲钦传达第二次全国实验动物科技工作会议精神。市畜牧兽医学会副理事长龚仿作了题为《实验动物与动物实验》的发言;市卫生局长邵浩奇作了《上海市医用实验动物管理委员会工作》的汇报;第二军医大学动物所主任胡开元作了《医学院校如何开展实验动物工作》的介绍。市科委副主任魏瑚作了《上海市实验动物工作现状和今后的发展》的工作报告。
Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission held the second experimental animal working conference in Shanghai on April 22. Attendance at the meeting included more than 150 persons in charge of experimental animal work and some experimental animal professionals from the relevant committees, offices and bureaus of the municipality and universities, scientific research, pharmacy and health institutions. The meeting was presided over by Cui Junding, head of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission's three operations. Xu Zhongqin, director of the condition and finance department of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, conveyed the spirit of the Second National Conference on Laboratory Animal Science and Technology. City Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society Gong imitation made a speech entitled “experimental animals and animal experiments” speech; Municipal Health Director Shao Haoqi made a “Shanghai Medical Experimental Animal Commission,” the report; Second Military Medical University director of animal husbandry Hu Kaiyuan made a “medical school how to carry out experimental animal work,” the introduction. Wei Hu, deputy director of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission made a “Shanghai experimental animal work status and future development” of the work report.
