就当前社会情况而言,高校体育教育专业学生的培养规模已基本上超过了社会需求,逐渐出现就业饱和的现象。因此,对高校体育教育专业学生的就业现状进行分析,才能针对性地采取有效的措施。不断促使高校转变教育观念,在不断培养复合型人才基础上,探索出适应社会需求能够培养出体育教育专业人才的教育模式。
As far as the current social conditions are concerned, the training scale of physical education majors in colleges and universities has basically surpassed the social needs and gradual employment saturation has gradually emerged. Therefore, the analysis of employment status of physical education majors in colleges and universities can we take effective measures in a targeted manner.
