“增抗宁”由黄芪、白芍、大枣、甜菊等组方,具有益气生津,养血和阴之功效。临床上对由于放疗、化疗及不明原因引起的白细胞减少症以及小儿反复呼吸道感染有明显的疗效。考虑到这两类疾病多有机体免疫功能低下的情况,本文除观察“增抗宁”对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响外,尚研究了该方药对免疫受抑状态小鼠(环磷酰胺模型)免疫功能的调整作用,为更全面的临床应用及探讨其作用原理提供实验根据。实验材料一、动物:纯系ICR健康小鼠,由第一军医大学动物室提供,体重18~22克,雌雄各半,随机分组。
“Zengkang Ning” consists of astragalus, peony, jujube and stevia. It has the effects of replenishing Qi, boosting blood, and nourishing yin. Clinically, there are obvious curative effects on leukopenia caused by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and unexplained causes, as well as repeated respiratory infections in children. Considering that these two types of diseases have a low immune function in many organisms, in addition to observing the effect of “Zengkangning” on the immune function of normal mice, this study has also studied the prescription of the drug in immunosuppressed mice (cyclophosphamide model). The adjustment function of immune function provides experimental basis for more comprehensive clinical application and exploration of its principle of action. Experimental Materials I. Animals: Pure ICR healthy mice were provided by the Animal Room of the First Military Medical University and weighed between 18 and 22 grams, male and female, and randomly divided into groups.
