前不久,笔者用问卷和个别座谈形式对全行近千名职工进行了一次思想调查。调查表明:改革开放以来,我行业务发展迅速,精神文明建设也取得了很大成绩,曾被市委、市政府评为“思想政治工作优秀单位”、“文明单位”等;广大职工的市场观念、竞争观念和效益观念普遍增强,大部分职工都具有正确的理想,信念和道德观,对金融改革充满信心。但是,我们在调查中也发现了一些不容忽视的思想问题。
Not long ago, the author conducted an ideological survey of nearly 1,000 employees of the entire bank with questionnaires and individual discussion forms. The survey shows that since the reform and opening up, the business of the Bank has been developing rapidly and great achievements have been made in the building of spiritual civilization. It has been appraised as “excellent unit of ideological and political work” and “civilized unit” by the municipal party committee and government and the market concept of vast numbers of employees , The concept of competition and the concept of benefits generally increased, most workers have the right ideals, beliefs and ethics, full of confidence in financial reform. However, we also found some ideological issues that can not be ignored in the survey.
