水资源关系国计民生,在社会经济发展中占有越来越重要的地位,水资源问题既是经济问题又是民生问题。宁波市属于缺水城市,做好水资源的管理更为重要。本文认为实行水务一体化将有利于改变宁波水资源管理现状,有利于宁波市水资源供需矛盾的有效缓解,有利于宁波市节水型社会的建立与巩固。
Water resources, national economy and people’s livelihood, occupy an increasingly important position in the social and economic development. The issue of water resources is not only an economic issue but also a matter of livelihood. Ningbo City is a city lacking in water, and managing water resources is even more important. This paper argues that the implementation of water integration will be conducive to changing the current status of water resources management in Ningbo, Ningbo is conducive to the effective alleviation of the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is conducive to the establishment and consolidation of Ningbo City, water-saving society.
