一、概况我厂宝坻水源输水管线于1977年破土动工,1980年正式送水。单管线输水,总长度为108km,管径为φ1200×10mm。另宝坻上游至蓟县井群连接管尚有12km,管径为φ900×10mm。沿线穿铁路3处,公路13处,沟渠48处,主要河流5处,工程浩大,耗资达1亿多元。水管材质为A_3焊接钢管,管线外防腐层采用沥青玻璃布按三油二布或四油三布两种防腐等级,内防腐采用涂樟丹二道,再涂白环氧磁漆。防腐是在加工单位予做、经几番吊装,运输至现场,又多节连焊,强制推拉下沟,致使防腐层破坏十分严重。1982年委托石油部管道局电力通讯工程公司检测,全线检出防腐露铁点
