对Al-12Si-0.5In新型建筑储能材料进行了不同温度的热处理,并进行了力学性能和耐久性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随热处理温度从300℃提高至430℃,材料的力学性能和耐久性能均先提高后下降。与未经热处理的材料相比,380℃热处理的材料抗拉强度增加53 MPa,屈服强度增加67 MPa,断后伸长率增加8.1%,抗压强度增加140MPa在耐久试验后的质量变化率减小13.6%。Al-12Si-0.5In新型建筑储能材料的热处理温度优选为380℃。
Al-12Si-0.5In new building energy storage materials were heat treated at different temperatures, and the mechanical properties and durability of the test and analysis. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature from 300 ℃ to 430 ℃, the mechanical properties and the durability of the materials first increase and then decrease. Compared with the non-heat-treated material, the tensile strength of the heat-treated material increased by 53 MPa, the yield strength increased by 67 MPa, the elongation at break increased by 8.1%, and the compressive strength increased by 140 MPa after 380 ℃, the mass change rate after the durability test decreased 13.6%. Al-12Si-0.5In new building energy storage material heat treatment temperature is preferably 380 ℃.
