今年,湖北省总工会推行平等协商和集体合同制度协调小组办公室会同武汉、荆州、宜昌、襄樊、鄂州、随州、钟祥等地方工会,以及武汉铁路分局和省电力公司等大型企业和省直产业工会,采取抽样调查和典型调查相结合的方法,对近3000家企业和近万名职工,就本省平等协商和集体合同工作情况进行了调查。从调查情况看,湖北省平等协商和集体合同工作近年进展顺利,取得较好成绩,但仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。
