镍化合物是重要的工业有色冶金产品,随着社会进步和工业化进程的加快,镍及其化合物的使用范围日益广泛。不同种类的镍化合物对肺脏的损伤程度各异,因此,需要寻找到能特异性反映镍化合物致肺损伤及严重程度的生物标志物,阐明毒物接触与健康损害的关系,以早期预测环境和职业有害因素对机体的可能损害,评价其危险度,从而提出切实可行的干预措施。我们现就镍化合物导致肺脏损伤有关的生物标志物的研究进展进行概述。
Nickel compounds are important industrial nonferrous metallurgy products. With the progress of society and the acceleration of industrialization, nickel and its compounds are widely used. Different types of nickel compounds have different degrees of damage to the lungs. Therefore, it is necessary to find biomarkers that can specifically reflect the severity of lung injury caused by nickel compounds and elucidate the relationship between toxicant exposure and health damage in order to predict the environment and occupations Harmful factors on the body may damage, assess the risk, thus proposing practical interventions. We now outline the research progress of biomarkers related to nickel-induced lung injury.
