目的:探讨产检超声检查对先天性心脏病筛查的价值。方法:研究时期为2013年5月至2016年10月,在妇产科内选择237例包含胎儿先天性心脏病高危风险的孕妇,均为其采用超声技术开展产前检查,记录影像显示为先天性心脏病的胎儿,引产后进行病理检查,对比后确定超声技术诊断的准确性。同时对剩余未引产孕妇进行随访,待胎儿出生后检查是否具有先天性心脏病,评估超声检查漏诊情况。结果:经超声检查确认具有先天性心脏病胎儿共15例(6.33%),引产后病理检查确诊者共14例,检查准确率为93.33%。经随访后发现2例先天性心脏病患儿,漏诊率为0.84%(2/237)。结论:选择超声技术开展产前检查先天性心脏病的准确率较高,但仍有漏诊情况,需进一步改进和完善。
Objective: To investigate the value of producing ultrasound in the screening of congenital heart disease. METHODS: The study period was from May 2013 to October 2016. A total of 237 pregnant women at risk of fetal congenital heart disease were selected from the department of obstetrics and gynecology. All of them used ultrasound to carry out prenatal examination. The recorded images showed congenital Fetal heart disease, induction of labor after pathological examination, compared to determine the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis. At the same time, the remaining non-pregnant women were followed up until the fetus after birth to check for congenital heart disease, assess the situation of missed diagnosis of ultrasound. Results: Fifteen cases (6.33%) of fetuses with congenital heart disease confirmed by ultrasonography and 14 cases were confirmed by pathological examination after fetus induction. The accuracy of examination was 93.33%. After follow-up, 2 cases of congenital heart disease were found, the rate of misdiagnosis was 0.84% (2/237). Conclusion: The accuracy rate of prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease by ultrasound is high, but there is still a missed diagnosis, which needs further improvement and improvement.
