教育不是机械地单向传授知识,而是师生的共同活动,它包含了人与人之间的复杂关系,这就使教育活动超出了“科学”的范畴,具有艺术的特点。教育的艺术不仅表现在它的形象性、情感性和创造性上,而且还体现在教师的教育机智上。高超的教育机智可以使教育艺术锦上添花。教育机智是指教师对教育教学过程中出现的各种预料之外的问题,随机应变、灵活机敏地并取得良好效果的能力,特别是对偶发事件的应变能力,从而使教育教学得以顺利有效地完成。
