对垂体瘤误诊为冠心病1例的分析如下。1病历摘要男,62岁。因反复纳差,乏力6个月就诊。患者6个月前出现食欲减退,乏力,心悸,气短,胸闷及胸痛。既往有高血压和糖尿病史10 a余。当地医院以冠心病收治入院。心电图检查发现房性早搏,Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞,ST-T呈缺血改变,依照冠心病治疗
Pituitary tumor misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease in 1 case analysis is as follows. 1 medical record summary male, 62 years old. Due to repeated anorexia, fatigue 6 months treatment. Patients 6 months ago, loss of appetite, fatigue, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness and chest pain. Past history of hypertension and diabetes more than 10 a. The local hospital admitted to hospital with coronary heart disease. ECG found atrial premature beats, Ⅰ degree atrioventricular block, ST-T showed ischemic changes, in accordance with the treatment of coronary heart disease
