目的探讨抗青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术的临床疗效。方法对本院眼科收治的38例(43眼)抗青光眼术后白内障患者行白内障超声乳化术,术后随访10~36个月,观察患者视力、眼压以及术后并发症等情况。结果治疗后,38眼视力有不同程度提高,5眼视力无提高患者系青光眼视神经萎缩,术后矫正视力低于0.1者5眼,0.1~0.3者13眼,0.3~0.5者17眼,0.5以上8眼;术后眼压均在正常范围,未发现严重并发症。结论抗青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术可显著提高视力,对眼压无显著影响,且并发症少,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cataract phacoemulsification after anti-glaucoma surgery. Methods 38 cases (43 eyes) of cataract treated with glaucoma admitted to our hospital for ophthalmology underwent cataract phacoemulsification. The patients were followed up for 10 to 36 months. Visual acuity, intraocular pressure and postoperative complications were observed. Results After the treatment, the visual acuity of 38 eyes improved to some extent. In 5 eyes, there was no obvious improvement in glaucomatous optic atrophy. The corrected visual acuity was lower than 0.1 in 5 eyes, 0.1 ~ 0.3 eyes in 13 eyes, 0.3 ~ 0.5 eyes in 17 eyes, 0.5 eyes in 0.5 eyes 8 eyes; postoperative intraocular pressure were in the normal range, no serious complications were found. Conclusions Cataract phacoemulsification can significantly improve visual acuity after glaucoma surgery and has no significant effect on intraocular pressure. It has fewer complications and is safe and effective.
