目的:建立中药复方祝艾康胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-水(33∶67)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃,漂移管温度105℃,空气流速2.7 L.min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.515～7.575μg具良好的线性关系(r=0.999 96),平均回收率98.83,RSD 1.8%。结论:该法准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于控制祝艾康胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Chinese medicine compound wishfuli capsule. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (33:67) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃, L.min-1. Results: Astragaloside had a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 96) at 1.515 ~ 7.575μg with an average recovery of 98.83 and a RSD of 1.8%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Zhikai Kang capsules.
