目的探讨戊二醛联合丹参酚酸B处理对带瓣牛颈静脉机械性能的影响。方法以新鲜牛颈静脉和单纯戊二醛固定作为对照组和戊二醛联合丹参酚酸B处理作为研究组,测定其热皱缩温度、组织断裂强度、断裂延伸率评价其机械性能。结果研究组牛颈静脉管壁的热皱缩温度明显低于戊二苯醛组,管壁最大拉伸强度及断裂延伸率等指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论戊二醛联合丹参酚酸B处理可显著改善单纯戊二醛固定带瓣牛颈静脉的机械性能。
Objective To investigate the effect of glutaraldehyde combined with salvianolic acid B treatment on the mechanical properties of valved bovine jugular vein. Methods The fresh bovine jugular vein and pure glutaraldehyde fixation were used as control group and glutaraldehyde combined with salvianolic acid B as research group. The thermal shrinkage temperature, the breaking strength and the elongation at break were measured to evaluate the mechanical properties. Results The thermal collapse temperature of the bovine jugular vein was significantly lower in the study group than in the glutaraldehyde group. The maximum tensile strength and elongation at break of the tube wall were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion glutaraldehyde combined with salvianolic acid B treatment can significantly improve the mechanical properties of pure glutaraldehyde fixed banding dorsal jugular vein.
