目的新型农村合作医疗制度巩固和发展,对于农村卫生人员的素质提出了越来越高的要求,也为医学高职高专教育提供了前所未有的发展空间。方法本文分析、探讨了医学职业教育在为改善我国乡镇卫生人力资源状况中应发挥的作用。结果提出了调整目前医学教育的结构、加强现有农村卫生人才的教育和培训的方法。结论加强农村卫生人才培养,为农村基层培养高素质医学人才,提高农村医疗卫生服务水平,满足农村基层人民群众的医疗卫生保健需求,是医学高职高专院校的责任和义务。
Objectives The consolidation and development of the new type of rural cooperative medical system puts forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of rural health personnel, and also provides an unprecedented space for the development of medical higher vocational education. Methods This paper analyzes and discusses the role that medical vocational education should play in improving the health resources of the rural population in China. The results propose ways to adjust the current structure of medical education and strengthen the education and training of existing rural health personnel. Conclusion It is the responsibility and obligation of medical higher vocational colleges to strengthen the cultivation of rural health talents, cultivate high-quality medical talents for rural grassroots, improve the level of rural medical and health services, and meet the medical and health care needs of rural grass-roots people.
