黑色冶金和机械制造工业是国民經济中最重要的二大部門,按現有水平来看,在生产过程中还存在着多級性和多环节性的缺点。縮短这些环节,对簡化生产过程,減少投資,減輕劳动量,降低产品成本,将会带来許多好处。液态金属在压力下成型,就是直接从液态金属制成板材、型材与机械零件的新工艺方法。它的最主要的特点,在于利用压力,以便获得具有較高的尺寸精度、金属密度和不同复杂程度的零件。这也就是液态金属加压成型和一般鑄造的区別。
The black metallurgy and machinery manufacturing industry are the two most important sectors in the national economy. According to the present level, there are still many shortcomings in the production process, such as multi-level and multi-links. Shortening these links will bring many benefits to streamlining the production process, reducing investment, reducing labor and reducing product costs. Liquid metal under pressure molding, is directly from the liquid metal plate, profiles and mechanical parts of the new process. Its main feature is the use of pressure in order to obtain parts with higher dimensional accuracy, metal density and different levels of complexity. This is the difference between liquid metal compression molding and general casting.
