工会是我国社会主义基层民主的重要形式,也是现代企业制度的应有之义。在新的市场经济发展形势和企业改革的浪潮中,我们要坚持转变观念、与时俱进、创新形式,赋予工会新的生命力,理顺职工同企业经营者的关系,将行政管理与民主管理密切结合,充分行使和保障职工对企业的参与权、管理权、知情权、监督权的实现,促进企业和职工利益的共同发展。
