7月21日。江苏省无锡蓝星电子有限公司和华晶公司合作的LED高端芯片生产线开始试生产。据悉，这条LED高端芯片生产线投产后，初期年生产芯片规模将达到1．2亿颗，实现销售1．8亿元。这条生产线的投产，填补了我国在高亮度、大功率LED外延芯片自主研发、规模化生产领域的空白。
