我科1974年至1985年12月行自体植骨术作下颌骨缺损修复共20例。男9例,女11例。年龄最大52岁,最小14岁。20～50岁以上共16例。20岁以下4例。切除原因:造釉细胞瘤16例,牙源性纤維瘤2例,中心性血管瘤1例,含牙囊肿1例。植骨块来源:自体肋骨12例,髂骨8例。骨固定方式:内固定均为嵌贴式加用不绣钢丝结扎,外固定采用(牙合)间结扎6周。治疗结果 1.术后伤口Ⅰ期愈合共17例占总病例数的85％。
Our department from 1974 to December 1985 autologous bone graft for mandibular defect repair a total of 20 cases. 9 males and 11 females. The oldest 52 years old, minimum 14 years old. A total of 16 cases over 20 ~ 50 years old. 4 under the age of 20. Excision reasons: ameloblastoma in 16 cases, 2 cases of odontogenic fibroma, central hemangioma in 1 case, including 1 case of dental cysts. Bone graft source: 12 cases of autologous ribs, 8 cases of ilium. Bone fixation: internal fixation are embedded with stainless steel wire ligation, external fixation (occlusion) ligation between 6 weeks. Treatment results 1. Postoperative wound healing of a total of 17 cases accounted for 85% of the total number of cases.
