以灰铸铁为基体、Ti-C-Fe粉末体系为表面预制涂层材料,采用真空消失模铸造与自蔓延相结合的方法制备TiCp表面复合材料,通过改变预制粉体中Fe含量研究表面涂层的组织和性能。结果表明,铁基表面涂层主要由TiC与Fe相组成,而且涂层表面自生的TiCp呈近球形,分布均匀,与基体结合良好。TiCp的尺寸随涂层中Fe含量的增加而减小,但涂层硬度与耐磨性却先降低后提高,其中涂层最高硬度(HRC)可达到59.8。
