Safety production is related to people’s well-being and is related to the overall situation of economic and social development. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to work safety and fully embodies the people-centered development thinking and has formed the latest ideological system for our party in guiding and promoting work safety in the new historical period . Recently, the “Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Promoting Reform and Development in the Field of Safety Production” (the “Opinions”) was released. To comprehensively grasp and conscientiously implement the spirit of the “opinions” and the requirements of the tasks requires us to seek traceability and deeply understand the spirit of a series of important instructions by the General Secretary,
