1工作条件 溜矿井断面直径φ2.5m,调度绞车工作时提升4个人,共重Q=300kg,简易罐笼重Q(?)=400kg,钢丝绳最大悬垂长度Hq=108m,采用浇注C20混凝土基础带预埋地脚螺栓的方式固定调度绞车,在巷道顶板上打4个锚杆孔,用锚杆孔固定滑轮。 2调度绞车型号的选择 根据锦州矿山机械厂生产的JD系列调度绞车的性能及我矿现有设备的情况,选用JD—25型调度绞车,其基本参数如表1所示。
