随着新课程改革的推进及普及,对中职数学的教学提出了更高的要求。学生在学习能力以及学习状况上均存在一定的差异,因此,为了适应新课程改革的要求,中职数学教师应当在教学中不断地更新自己的教学模式及教学方法,使每个学生都能够在自己原有的水平上有一个显著的提高,这就需要教师在教学中采取分层的教学模式,根据学生的实际情况,为学生量身定做学习目标和任务,促进不同层次的学生共同进步和发展。主要针对中职数学课堂教学中分层教学模式的探索与实践这一问题作简要的阐述。
