患者男性,47岁,因十二指肠球部溃疡伴不全性幽门梗阻入院。既往有阵发性心动过速病史。附图为1985年3月心电图,示窦性心律,心率73次/分,于Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ_1等导联可见到正常P-QRS-T 波群,其余大部分图形P-R 间期缩短,时限为0.06—0.10秒,有δ波,QRS 波宽大畸形,时限为0.10—0.14秒,且Ⅴ_1及Ⅴ_5导
