目的测定脑脊液免疫球蛋白(CSF-Ig)系列指标,以了解急性脑血管病血脑屏障(BBB)功能修复代况及中枢神经系统(CNS)的免疫反应,是否有助于转归判定。方法应用速率散射比浊法测定脑血管病的CSF-Ig系列指标,并与CT上损伤范围做比较。结果CT显示损伤范围越大,CSF白蛋白增高越明显,提示BBB受损越重。CSF-Ig增高属CNS内源性合成、合并BBB损伤性渗透。结论动态观测CSF-Ig系列指标,有助于急性脑血管病的转归判定。
Objective To determine the index of cerebrospinal fluid immunoglobulin (CSF-Ig) in order to find out whether the pathogenesis of blood-brain barrier (BBB) repair in acute cerebrovascular disease and the immune response of central nervous system (CNS) contribute to the outcome of the decision. Methods The CSF-Ig index of cerebrovascular disease was determined by rate nephelometry and compared with that of CT. Results CT showed that the larger the damage range, the more obvious the increase of CSF albumin, suggesting that BBB is more damaged. Increased CSF-Ig is a CNS endogenous synthesis, combined with BBB damage infiltration. Conclusions Dynamic observation of CSF-Ig series indicators is helpful for the judgment of outcome of acute cerebrovascular disease.
