在本校育种田的大豆上得到一个病毒分离物——A-1。A-1分离物接种了7个科28个种和品种,而侵染6个科19种植物。A-1分离物很易侵染大豆、菜豆,引起深浅绿色花叶;在豇豆接种叶上产生扩散的褪绿斑,并发展成系统花叶;亦易侵染心叶烟、普通烟、克氏烟、矮牵牛和辣椒等茄科作物,表现系统花叶症状;在苋色藜和番杏上引起局部褪绿斑。但A-1分、离物与番茄上分离的CMV在豆科寄主反应上有差异。A-1分离物可以侵染几种豆科作物,而CMV不侵染大豆和菜豆,仅在蚕豆和豇豆上引起小型的红褐色斑。A-1分离物的体外抗性:失毒温度50℃,稀释限点10~(-2)—10~(-3),体外存活期1—2天。桃蚜以非持久性方式传病。A-1分离物与CMV标准抗血清作琼脂双扩散测定呈阳性反应。根据以上性状,分离物A-1应属于黄瓜花叶病毒组的黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。江苏省南京、徐州和山东省薛城、莱西等地采集的140个大豆病毒样本中,CMV占36%。
A virus isolate was obtained from soybeans that had been educated in the school - A-1. The A-1 isolate was inoculated with 28 species and varieties from 7 families and 19 species from 6 families. A-1 isolates are easy to infect soybean, beans, causing dark green leaf mosaic; in cowpea inoculated leaves produce diffuse chlorotic spots, and the development of system mosaic; also easy to infect heart leaf tobacco, ordinary tobacco, grams Tobacco, petunia and pepper and other Solanaceous crops, the performance of system mosaic symptoms; caused in Amaranthus currant and apricot local chlorotic spot. However, A-1 points, isolated from the tomato and CMV on legume host response differences. The A-1 isolate can infect several leguminous crops, whereas CMV does not infect soybeans and beans, causing only small reddish-brown spots on fava beans and cowpeas. In vitro resistance of A-1 isolate: the temperature of detoxification was 50 ℃, the dilution limit was 10 ~ (-2) -10 ~ (-3) and the in vitro survival time was 1-2 days. Myzus persicae transmission in a non-persistent manner. The A-1 isolate and the CMV standard antiserum gave a positive response to agar double diffusion assay. Based on the above traits, isolate A-1 should belong to cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) of the cucumber mosaic virus group. CMV accounted for 36% of 140 soybean virus samples collected from Nanjing, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province and Xuecheng, Lacey, Shandong Province.
