旅大市地处渤海之滨,是我国发展对外贸易的重要港口。近年来,大连港的港口建设有很大的发展,货物吞吐量逐年增加,国际海员往来日渐频繁。 大连国际海员俱乐部正是为适应这种形势发展的需要,根据敬爱的周总理的指示建筑的。这项工程于1976年9月1日开放使用,深受广大国际海员的欢迎,体现了我国社会主义制度的优越性。
Located on the coast of the Bohai Sea, Luda City is an important port for the development of foreign trade in China. In recent years, the port construction in Dalian Port has undergone great development. The throughput of goods has increased year by year, and international seafarers have become increasingly frequent. The Dalian International Seamen’s Club is precisely in order to meet the needs of this situation and is based on the instructions of the respected Premier Zhou. This project was opened for use on September 1, 1976. It was deeply welcomed by the international seafarers and reflected the superiority of China’s socialist system.
