荷兰飞利浦公司下属的平面显示器公司称,以其与日本不同的技术生产有源矩阵液晶显示器(Active LCD)将有助于挤入该市场。Active LCD可适用于快速移动图像,不象无源LCD(Passive LCD)仪能用于手表及计算机。Active LCD可用于监视器、汽车导航系统及电视屏幕。
The flat-panel display company of the Philips company in the Netherlands claims that using its technology different from Japan’s to produce the active matrix liquid crystal display (Active LCD) will help to enter this market. Active LCD can be used for fast moving images, unlike passive LCD devices for watches and computers. Active LCD can be used for monitors, car navigation systems and TV screens.
