11月2日上午,十二届全国人大常委会第三十次会议分组审议了全国人大常委会执法检查组关于检查固体废物污染环境防治法实施情况的报告。常委会组成人员和列席会议的同志不仅就社会关注的焦点问题,如危险废物、工业固体废物、城乡生活垃圾、农业废弃物等亟待解决的突出问题提出意见,而且对尚未引起重视的一些问题,如固体废物污染环境防治法的宣传尚未深入人心、新兴业态产生的垃圾快速增长等提出建议。
