本文报道了将紫外光电子能谱(UPS)和飞行时间质谱(TOFMS)相结合的技术。该技术能够很好的拓宽UPS的研究领域。该仪器的特点是在不改变实验条件下既可以做物质的能谱检测又可以做质谱检测。初期调试结果表明该仪器的质谱分辨率达到了416,能谱的分辨率达到了50 meV。
This paper reports a technique that combines UV Photoelectron Spectroscopy (UPS) with Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (TOFMS). The technology can well broaden the field of UPS research. The instrument is characterized by not changing the experimental conditions can be both material spectrum detection and mass spectrometry can do testing. The initial commissioning showed that the instrument achieved a mass spectral resolution of 416 and a resolution of 50 meV.
