采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓炎症以及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀模型和醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型[1]，观察了狗度巴布膏的抗炎作用，并观察了该膏药对热传导引起拟痛反应（热板法、甩尾试验）及对化学刺激引起拟痛反应（扭体法）的镇痛作用。结果表明：狗皮巴布膏具有明显的抗炎及镇痛作用。
Xylene was used to induce auricular inflammation in mice and the rat model of toe edema induced by carrageenan and acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity of the mice [1]. The anti-inflammatory effects of the dog dopa cream were observed. Effects were observed and the analgesic effect of the plaster on the thermal conduction-induced anaphylactic reaction (hot plate method, tail flick test) and chemical stimulation-induced anaphylaxis (twisted body method) was observed. The results showed that the dog peel cream has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
