In the new era of reform, why there will be a cycle of “living in disorder”? How to evaluate the reform effect of the past 16 years? Is it clear whether the ownership relationship of state-owned enterprises can change the phenomenon of infringement of ownership rights that currently exist in state-owned enterprises? Is private ownership the system? The necessary and sufficient conditions for the success of the enterprise system? What is the core of the enterprise reform? In response to the above problems, our correspondent visited Mr. Lin Yifu of the China Center for Economic Research of Peking University and asked him to discuss some of his ideas on this series of issues.
